Job summary

Nen Creative is seeking a Creative Operations Manager to own staffing, capacity planning, and resource operations across our creative studio. You’ll partner with Creative Producers, creative leads, and leadership to ensure the right team is in place for every project, with visibility into upcoming work and staffing needs.

This hands-on role emphasizes system-building, process improvement, and proactive problem solving as we scale.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in creative operations, resource management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of creative production workflows and timelines.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate problems.
• Strong communication skills with peers and leadership.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own resource planning across active and upcoming creative projects.
• Maintain an up-to-date view of team availability, workload, and capacity.
• Identify capacity gaps and bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
• Match projects with the right team members based on skills and availability.
• Build and improve systems, trackers, and dashboards for planning.
• Develop clearer processes for producers and creative teams.
• Help leadership understand operational impact of upcoming work.
