Nen Creative is seeking an Operations Lead in Los Angeles to own day-to-day operations across finance, contracts, people operations, and internal systems. You will drive systems that scale with rapid growth, collaborating with founders and fast-growing tech clients in a hands-on role.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in business/finance ops, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business or finance operations.
• Experience at a fast-growing startup is a major plus.
• Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, vendor payments, and expense reconciliation.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting for leadership.
• Review and redline client/vendor contracts; identify risks and negotiate terms.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, policies, and admin vendor management.
• Build and improve internal workflows, dashboards, and automation to scale the company.
