Job summary

Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to assist the Director of Operations in overseeing food, beverage and bowling operations. You will help achieve service standards, revenue goals and ensure policy compliance across all venues.

The role requires knowledge of F&B production, service techniques, and financial planning with at least five years of managerial experience in the industry. The position emphasizes staff development and strict health code adherence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food and beverage production and preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with effective food and beverage service techniques and sales strategies.
• Familiarity with the latest in food service and beverage service equipment.
• Knowledge of and previous experience with financial planning and analysis.
• Knowledge of and experience with operational planning and analysis.
• Must have high school education; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years progressive managerial experience in the food & beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Review activities in all areas to gauge staffing levels and improve guest service and profitability.
• Establish standards and objectives; manage staffing and operations.
• Monitor performance of all food, beverage and bowling areas for continual improvement.
• Review schedules for appropriate coverage based on business volume.
• Evaluate cost of sales, inventory par levels, and policies to improve operations.
• Assist with pre-screening candidates and directing employees to meet objectives.
• Ensure adherence to health code guidelines.
