Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership in restaurant or high-volume ops.
• Proven ability to drive F&B sales and build teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across F&B, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service and events.
• Recruit, train, and schedule teams to standards.
• Own labor, cost control, inventory, and daily targets.
• Support FOH/BOH and resolve guest issues in real time.
• Ensure operational readiness for high-volume shifts.
