Job summary

Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas is a premier venue blending music, bowling, and dining. The Operations Manager will support the Director of Operations to oversee all food, beverage, and bowling operations, drive guest service standards, revenue goals, and policy enforcement.

Ideal candidates bring five years of progressive management in F&B, a hospitality-focused degree preferred, strong leadership, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, noise-filled environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years progressive managerial experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in hotel and restaurant management or related field.
• Excellent communication and ability to supervise diverse staff.

Responsibilities

• Review staffing levels and service areas to ensure quality guest service and profitability.
• Set standards with Director of Operations and manage staffing plans.
• Monitor performance across food, beverage, and bowling areas to improve operations.
• Review schedules to ensure coverage based on projected business volume.
• Hire, motivate and direct staff and ensure health code adherence.
