Job summary

Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas is seeking an Operations Manager to assist the Director of Operations in overseeing food, beverage and bowling operations in a premier venue.

You will drive guest service excellence, monitor performance, supervise staff across restaurant, bars and lanes, and ensure compliance with health codes while supporting revenue and cost controls. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on scheduling in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• High school education required; bachelor's degree in hotel and restaurant management preferred.
• Minimum of five years progressive managerial experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Review activities across restaurant, bars, bowling to improve staffing and guest service.
• Work with Director of Operations to set standards and maintain staffing plans.
• Monitor performance of food, beverage and bowling areas to improve operations.
• Review schedules based on projected business volume.
• Assist with pre-screening candidates and enforce health code guidelines.
