Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across every shift. You will flex into various roles, build a team, and deliver hospitality excellence.

You will drive sales, train hourly leaders, manage labor and costs, and maintain high guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. This is a center-wide leadership role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales and build high-performing teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade, maintaining service flow and hospitality standards.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet company standards and deliver great guest service.
• Own labor management, food & beverage cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets.
• Stay on the floor supporting FOH and BOH, resolve guest issues in real time, and reinforce accountability.
• Ensure the center is operationally ready and guest-ready through high-volume shifts.
