Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food & beverage, bar, and bowling operations across all shifts. You will flex into any role the floor needs while building a team that delivers outstanding hospitality.

You will recruit and train hourly staff, manage labor and costs, and maintain high service standards to keep guests coming back. A strong focus on guest experience and seamless operations is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales and build teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with strong guest experience focus.
• Strong labor, cost, inventory, and P&L understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet standards.
• Own labor management, food & beverage cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily targets.
• Support FOH and BOH on the floor, resolve guest issues in real time.
• Ensure the center is operationally ready for high-volume shifts.
