Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade operations across every shift. You’ll flex into any floor role and build a team that delivers exceptional hospitality.

Bring 3+ years in leadership for fast-paced venues, a proven ability to drive F&B sales, and a floor-first management style focused on guest experience and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in restaurant or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive F&B sales and build teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with strong guest focus.
• Solid financial acumen including labor, food cost and inventory.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food and beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling and arcade, ensuring service flow and hospitality standards.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement and events.
• Recruit, train, coach and schedule teams to meet standards and serve guests well.
• Own labor management, food and beverage cost control, inventory accuracy and daily targets.
• Support FOH/BOH on the floor, resolve guest issues in real time and reinforce accountability.
• Ensure the center is operationally ready and guest-ready during high-volume shifts.
