Employbridge is the largest light industrial staffing supplier in the United States. The Operations Lead will actively fill orders and support branch operations, including leading and coaching a team of branch employees.

You will drive recruitment, screen candidates, and manage the full vetting cycle, with a monthly bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading branch operations and recruiting efforts.
• Proven ability to fill orders and manage pipelines.
• Experience conducting drug screens, I-9s, and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for branch operations and recruiting.
• Assist in resolving branch challenges and escalated client issues.
• Provide leadership to branch team in the absence of management.
• Lead daily standups to align on order fill and priorities.
• Develop sourcing plans via schools, web, and social media to attract candidates.
• Write compelling online job postings to attract active/passive candidates.
• Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to fill roles.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for all roles.
• Reuse active candidates and align with open positions to fill orders timely.
• Use market data to set realistic hiring expectations and timelines.
• Lead interview cycles based on experience, skills, and availability.
• Process candidates through full vetting cycle and document activity.
• Conduct drug screens, I-9s, and background checks.
