Responsibilities

• Source candidates and screen resumes to fill orders.
• Interview applicants and refer well-qualified candidates to assignments.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and update the CRM.
• Write effective online job postings to attract active and passive candidates.
• Conduct drug screens, I-9s, and background checks.
