Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Branch Trainer to ensure accurate and timely order deliveries while operating warehouse equipment. You will train new hires, coordinate training schedules, and mentor team members to meet productivity and quality standards.

You’ll work with branch management to maintain safety, inventory accuracy, and daily operation excellence across shipping, receiving, and dock areas, fostering Medline Core Values and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current team member with 12+ months and strong performance.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery.
• Proficiency in SAP and Catalyst.
• Strong English reading/writing/speaking abilities.
• Willingness to train and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires during initial months.
• Coordinate scheduling of new hire training.
• Motivate and retrain underperforming team members.
• Provide tools and feedback on improvement areas.
• Maintain safety and productivity in the warehouse.
• Communicate with branch management about daily operations.
• Assist in inventory accuracy across the facility.
• Lead in shipping, replenishment, receiving and dock areas.
