Qualifications

• 3+ years in staffing operations, agency recruiting, or recruiting leadership.
• Deep understanding of agency recruiting workflows and job order management.
• Natural coach who leads through influence, accountability, and action.
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple moving pieces.
• Process-minded with a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day flow of job orders from intake through placement.
• Keep Sales and Recruiting aligned on client priorities and delivery expectations.
• Ensure every job receives attention, urgency, and follow-through.
• Monitor service levels, candidate submissions, and client feedback; remove roadblocks.
• Provide real-time coaching to recruiters and sales professionals on messaging and strategy.
• Lead daily stand-ups and pipeline reviews to create clarity and momentum.
• Address performance gaps quickly with constructive feedback and practical solutions.
• Build a culture centered on accountability, urgency, collaboration, and winning together.
• Track and improve KPIs such as fill rates, time-to-submit, and placement quality.
• Identify delivery risks and proactively course-correct.
• Standardize workflows and implement best practices for consistency.
• Partner with leadership to improve systems, reporting, automation, and scalability.
• Ensure candidate submissions are polished and client-ready; escalate issues when needed.
• Lead post-placement reviews to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
