Job summary

Employbridge seeks an Operations Manager for our Battle Creek, MI branch to actively fill orders and drive the company’s value proposition. You will coach and develop the branch team, lead recruiting initiatives and manage day-to-day operations to meet order fill targets.

You will source candidates creatively, write compelling postings, screen and interview, and maintain an active talent pipeline. You’ll also oversee drug screens, I-9s and background checks to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading branch operations in staffing or related field.
• Strong recruiting and onboarding skills.
• Familiarity with drug screening, I-9 and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and recruiting efforts.
• Develop creative sourcing plans with schools, colleges and online channels.
• Lead daily whiteboard meetings to focus on order fill.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline and write effective job postings.
• Guide interview cycle based on experience, skills and availability.
• Document all job activity and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Conduct drug screens, I-9s and background checks.
