Job summary

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of relevant experience.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Establish a service-focused rapport with students, staff, and guests.
• Manage shift-specific operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Oversee cleanliness and orderliness of recreation spaces and equipment.
• Lead safety, security, and emergency action plans; administer First Aid/CPR as needed.
• Coordinate supervision of Facility Service Assistant staff and training.
