Job summary

This in-person position reports to the Assistant Director, Facilities and Operations and involves planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement of services to foster student well-being and engagement on campus.

Qualifications

• Oversee front-line staff recruitment, training, scheduling, payroll, and evaluation.
• Coordinate facility operations and events, including rentals and campus activities.
• Ensure safety, accessibility, and sustainability across facilities.
• Collaborate with campus departments and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise student staff in Mackal Field House and Anna Fascitelli Fitness and Wellness Center.
• Manage facility rentals, events, contracts, and risk management.
• Maintain relationships with departments and external stakeholders to ensure service quality.
• Monitor maintenance, custodial services, and safety compliance across facilities.
