Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028
• Knowledge of supply chain principles and improvement techniques (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Unlimited work authorization in the United States (no sponsorship needed)

Responsibilities

• Support organization by documenting and presenting process improvements to site leadership
• Develop, optimize, measure, and maintain performance and productivity
• Assist in daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, and transporting
• Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed
• Analyze KPI data and design workflows to improve operational effectiveness
• Participate in Kaizen events and other continuous improvement initiatives
