Job summary

Cardinal Health in Columbus, Ohio offers a Summer Internship Program for undergraduates entering their senior year. This 10-12 week experience provides real-world projects, exposure to the healthcare industry, and the chance to interview for full-time roles upon completion.

As an Operations Intern, you’ll partner with site leaders to analyze and improve processes, support warehouse operations, and gain hands-on experience on the warehouse floor while developing leadership and professional skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, management, supply chain, or related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leaders to identify, analyze, and implement new or improved processes.
• Document and present solutions to site leadership to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop, optimize, measure, and maintain performance and productivity.
• Assist and collaborate with leaders in receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and related functions.
