Role Overview

This is a multi-functional role combining HR operations, basic accounting (QuickBooks), and sales support. You will play a critical role in managing day-to-day business operations while supporting leadership in scaling the company.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Administrative Operations

• Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records
• Support recruitment and interview coordination
• Maintain HR compliance and records
• Assist with payroll coordination

Accounting & QuickBooks

• Handle invoices, expenses, and vendor payments
• Work with QuickBooks for accounting tasks
• Print checks and manage payable/receivable follow-ups
• Coordinate with CPA

Sales Support & Cold Calling

• Conduct cold calling and lead generation
• Follow up with prospects via phone/email
• Schedule meetings and demos
• Maintain CRM data

Required Skills

• 2–5 years experience in HR, accounting, or operations
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with cold calling
• Organized, proactive, and energetic
