Job summary

VitelGlobal Communications is seeking a Business Operations Executive to manage HR operations, basic accounting with QuickBooks, and sales support. The role is based onsite in South Plainfield, NJ, full-time with benefits, and requires 2–5 years of relevant experience.

You will handle onboarding, payroll coordination, invoicing, vendor payments, cold calling, and CRM maintenance while supporting leadership in scaling the business in AI-powered communications and automation solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in HR, accounting, or operations.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR onboarding, documentation, and employee records; assist recruitment and interview coordination; ensure HR compliance and records; support payroll coordination.
• Handle invoices, expenses, vendor payments, and general accounting; use QuickBooks for tasks; print checks; liaise with CPA.
• Conduct cold calling and lead generation; follow up with prospects via phone/email; schedule meetings and demos; maintain CRM data.
