Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an assistant manager to oversee and coordinate with the store manager to achieve objectives in sales, cost, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Responsibilities include policy adherence, training, scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and leading a positive work environment while ensuring standards are met and crews are properly guided.

Qualifications

• Assist crew with guest service and ensure friendly, responsive interactions.
• Prepare and package orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Ensure cash handling and reconciliations follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines & training programs.
• Achieve objectives in service quality and appearance through training and positive environment.
• Meet scheduling requirements and cover shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure weekly truck deliveries are on time and costs are controlled.
• Inspect equipment daily and maintain temperature logs.
• Inspect products and deliveries for correct count and conditions; report differences.
• Prepare for QSC to maintain cleanliness, procedures, and equipment standards.
• Oversee inventory, chicken counts, waste, and order accuracy with shift leads.
• Handle customer complaints correctly and delegate when needed.
