Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an assistant manager to oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, cost, guest service, and food quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand policies, procedures, standards and training programs.
• Achieve objectives in service quality and appearance through staff training, while fostering a positive environment.
• Meet scheduling requirements; cover all shifts to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follow up with store manager for callouts or no-shows.
• Ensure weekly truck deliveries are on schedule; control costs by ordering what we need.
• Inspect equipment daily and monitor the temperature log.
• Inspect products for correct unit count and condition; report differences to the store manager.
• Maintain cleanliness, procedures, and equipment to meet QSC standards.
• Supervise opening/closing procedures and labor policy adherence.
• Ensure order accuracy and guest service excellence.
• Oversee daily and weekly inventory, chicken counts and waste.
• Control staff to maintain a professional, safe work environment.
