Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an assistant manager to support the store manager in planning, organizing, training and leading to meet sales, cost, and service targets. You will help control quality, cleanliness, and sanitation while coordinating with the team to deliver a flavor experience.

You will supervise shifts, oversee stock and orders, manage cash handling, and coach crew to achieve high guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Oversee and coordinate with the store manager to achieve objectives in sales and guest service.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, standards and training.
• Lead training and provide guidance to crew to maintain quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist the crew with guest service to ensure friendly, responsive hospitality.
• Assist with preparing and packaging orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Monitor cash handling and deposits for accuracy and reconciliation.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching with the store manager for performance reviews.
• Ensure shift leaders maintain cleanliness, safety and proper operations.
