Ellipsis Labs is seeking an Operations Associate to join our team and serve as the operational backbone of the company, owning systems and daily execution that keep a fast-growing startup running smoothly—from office operations to executive support to recruiting logistics.

This high-visibility generalist role offers real ownership from day one and room to build and improve processes as we scale, including office ops, inventory, events, guest experience, and onboarding/offboarding support.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating office operations and events.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to own processes and improve workflows.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day office operations and inventory management.
• Coordinate onboarding, interviews, and recruiting logistics.
• Manage executive calendars and on-site support.
• Plan and support team events including meals and guest experiences.
