Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the operations team. Reports to a Site Leader and performs pick/pack, receiving, inventory management and other site duties. Roles involve working with drivers and preparing orders for delivery.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED and are comfortable with a fluid shift schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Lifting up to 49 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (including peak times).
• Lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Follow FIFO and safety guidelines; handle equipment safely.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
