Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join our on-site operations team. You will perform picking, packing, receiving and inventory tasks across our site and kitchen, if applicable, while upholding safety standards and efficient workflows.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, are comfortable with flexible schedules and peak shifts, and can stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 49 pounds. Basic web-based software skills and a can-do attitude are essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
Experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
Basic knowledge of web-based software (e.g. Google G-Suite).
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of shift; lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
Receive and unpack pallets; ensure inventory matches PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage; handle substitutions for out-of-stock items.
Operate carts, pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
Work in freezer locations as needed and navigate stairs during shifts.
Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders with accuracy.
