Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join its on-site operations team. You will pick and pack items for dispatch, receive inventory, manage re-stocking, and help maintain a clean, safe facility.

Responsibilities include handling cartons and pallets, scanning items, and assisting with kitchen- or store-related tasks as needed while adhering to FIFO and safety guidelines. The role requires flexibility across shifts and the ability to lift up to 49 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Able to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• Basic knowledge of web-based software (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift; lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets and verify inventory; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Receive and put away orders and resolve mismatches with invoices.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
