Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the on-site team. You will perform picking, packing, receiving, and inventory tasks while supporting delivery operations.

The role includes standing/walking throughout shifts and handling items across multiple areas of the site, with attention to safety and quality. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be comfortable with flexible shifts, including peak hours, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant/retail preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• Basic knowledge of web-based software (Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk during shifts; lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving; maintain cleanliness.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
• Handle items that may contain tobacco, nicotine, or alcohol.
• Work in freezer locations periodically; observe safety practices.
• Assist with food/beverage prep to standard recipes where applicable.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
