Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking an Operational Forecasting Associate to join our Workforce Management team. You will build and maintain forecasts for production staffing and financial planning, partnering with stakeholders to ensure models align to business objectives.

You’ll work with data teams, use tools like Workday, Jira, BigQuery and Looker, and translate complex analyses into clear insights for Sr. Leaders. This role is remote within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated work in operations forecasting.
• 2+ years of demonstrated work with large datasets and distill analyses into relevant insights.
• 2+ years experience in SQL, with the ability to filter, aggregate, and build CTEs, or proficiency in R or Python.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed operational forecasts for volumetric demand and resourcing.
• Collaborate with stakeholder teams to ensure forecast models align with business objectives.
• Source data from data teams and refine analyses as needed.
• Explain findings clearly to non-technical leaders and create data-driven narratives.
