Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or experience and/or training equivalent.
• Minimum of 15 years in construction, operations and maintenance of a utility system.
• Supervisory experience preferred and knowledge of rural electrification.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and training programs and coordinate with safety department.
• Oversee electric facilities operation, maintenance, and outage restoration.
• Develop district budgets and monitor performance and compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and supervise staff.
