Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in operations, field service, or project management in electrical power systems.
• Prior leadership experience managing crews in field environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NETA, IEEE, and other safety/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall performance of your assigned region, ensuring revenue and profitability goals are met.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support quoting and customer proposals.
• Uphold and enforce high safety standards in alignment with OSHA and RMS policies.
