Honda Federal Credit Union is seeking an Operations Support Manager to lead the operations strategy, partnering with stakeholders and vendors to maintain branch environments and ensure service excellence. This leadership role drives facilities management, ITM oversight, and quality control across loans, memberships, and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Associate degree in Business, Finance, Operations or related field preferred.
• Credit union designation preferred.
• 5+ years experience in a financial institution in a retail branch, member service, operations, or contact center environment.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a financial institution.
• 2+ years of project experience in any capacity.

Responsibilities

• Meet goals, budget and objectives per annual strategic plan.
• Manage ITM vendor relationships, facilities planning and Honda company responsibilities.
• Oversee quality control reviews of loans and operations reports for compliance.
• Participate in project implementation and drive strategic initiatives for core systems.
• Coach Operations staff to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction.
