Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Finance, Operations or a related field.
• Credit union designation preferred.
• 5+ years experience in a financial institution in a retail branch, member service, operations, or contact center environment.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a financial institution.
• 2+ years of project experience in any capacity.

Responsibilities

• Meet goals, budget, and objectives per annual strategic plan.
• Manage ITM vendor relationships, facilities planning, and Honda company responsibilities.
• Oversee loan titles, quality control reviews, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in project implementation and create strategic initiatives for core systems.
• Provide coaching to Operations staff and resolve inquiries with good judgment.
