Job summary

Orange County's Federal Credit Union is seeking a Facilities Associate to support daily operations across 11 branch and headquarters locations, ensuring facilities requests are handled efficiently and our workplaces remain safe and professional. You’ll coordinate work orders, vendor documentation, inspections, and inventory while building strong relationships with branch leaders.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in facilities support or related coordination role.
• Experience with work order systems and vendor management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel between OCFCU locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for facilities requests from branches and HQ.
• Manage and track work orders from submission through completion.
• Coordinate vendor documentation and renewal tracking.
• Support preventive maintenance and branch inspections.
• Compile KPI data and assist monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Coordinate vendor visits and communicate with branch leaders.
• Monitor facility supply inventories and submit replenishment requests.
• Assist invoice verification and processing workflows.
• Participate in branch inspections and site visits.
• Maintain clean, organized storage areas.
