Firefighters First Federal Credit Union is seeking a Banking Operations Manager in Hendersonville, TN. The role leads end-to-end operational support for members and internal teams, ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant service delivery across accounts, DMV/title operations, and payments.

You will manage back-office processes, monitor metrics, and drive cross-functional improvements while guiding staff and overseeing product implementations in a fast-paced credit union environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supervising or managing employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Operations support for members and internal teams, ensuring efficient, compliant service delivery.
• Oversee account maintenance, Trust/IRA administration, and DMV/title activities, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage payments, wires, mail, levies, subpoenas, and warrants with proper controls and audits.
• Drive workflow improvements, deploy back-office responsibilities, and partner with cross-functional teams to raise service levels.
• Monitor key operational metrics and initiate process improvements to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain DMV/title policies, procedures, and job aids to mitigate risk.
• Coach and mentor team members, ensuring alignment with mission, vision, and values.
