Job summary

Orange County's Federal Credit Union (OCFCU) is seeking a Facilities Associate to support daily operations across 11 branch and headquarters locations. You’ll manage work orders, coordinate vendors, and assist in maintaining safe, professional environments for employees and members.

Ideal candidates are organized, customer-service oriented, and able to juggle priorities while communicating clearly. This role includes travel between OCFCU sites and requires a California driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of facilities support, office administration, or related coordination preferred.
• Experience with work order systems, vendor management, or records management is ideal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for facilities requests from branches and HQ.
• Manage and track work orders from submission through completion.
• Coordinate vendor documentation (contracts, licenses, insurance certificates).
• Support preventive maintenance programs, branch inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Compile KPI data and assist with monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Coordinate vendor visits and communicate with branch leaders.
• Monitor facility supply inventories and submit replenishment requests.
• Assist in invoice verification and processing workflows.
• Participate in branch inspections, facility walkthroughs, and site visits.
• Maintain clean, organized common and storage areas.
