Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to coordinate daily warehouse activities under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor. You will direct work assignments and provide hands-on support in material handling and forklift operations to meet safety and productivity goals.

The role requires experience in a fast-paced warehouse, WMS proficiency, and strong organizational and communication skills. On-site position with opportunities to improve processes and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities under the supervisor.
• Oversee receiving, put away, picking, and loading processes.
• Direct work assignments to warehouse staff.
• Provide hands-on support in material handling and forklift operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met by the team.
• Train new and existing staff on SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain organized, clean warehouse and accurate inventory records.
• Assist in staging orders for delivery and ensure proper labeling.
