Job summary

GE Vernova in Cambridge, MA seeks a Lean & Quality Operations Leader to act as a key accountability partner to the Lean and Quality Team. You will operationalize the strategic vision, maintain cadence and standard work, and drive cross-functional synergies to deploy the GE Vernova Operating Method across the organization.

You will lead operating cadences, track KPIs, and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with other functions to standardize processes and ensure scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5-7 years of lean, project management, quality, and KPI management experience.
• Strong operations background: manufacturing, logistics, materials, fulfillment, etc.
• Experience in leadership roles or influencing others in cross-functional settings.
• Clear communicator across all levels, including executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead operating cadences and develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual meeting rhythms.
• Track and report KPIs to measure team effectiveness and progress.
• Develop action plans to address gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and ensure scalability.
• Act as change agent for new processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Ensure readiness and engagement through training and feedback loops.
• Support Lean Operating Method deployment and community of practice activities.
• Assist in developing new Lean tools as the business system evolves.
• Maintain Lean content and track revision changes.
• Manage content on the Lean Watt Page for visibility and information across the organization.
• Own end-to-end planning, logistics, and reporting for Kaizen events.
