Job summary

GEOKON Inc. in Lebanon, NH, seeks an Operational Excellence Manager to own continuous improvement across manufacturing. You will lead a team of Manufacturing Process Engineers and partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to build a culture of ownership and measurable gains.

You will drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, oversee ERP/MRP integration, and develop robust process documentation while ensuring ISO 9001 compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing with 5+ years leading continuous improvement.
• Proven Lean/Six Sigma project delivery with cost savings.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to justify capital projects.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and ISO 9001 quality framework.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and lead improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and value stream mapping.
• Build and manage an improvement project pipeline with defined scope and savings.
• Analyze ERP/MRP data to locate bottlenecks and opportunities for throughput and cost gains.
• Lead Kaizen events and cross-functional teams; sustain gains and actions.
• Support ERP implementation by mapping processes, defining requirements, and training users.
• Oversee MPEs in developing and documenting manufacturing processes and routings.
• Evaluate capital equipment and automation projects with ROI analysis.
