Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Corporate Lean Leader in the United States to drive continuous improvement across multiple corporate functions. You will partner with senior leadership to develop Lean roadmaps, lead Kaizens, and deliver large-scale SQDC outcomes, fostering a Lean culture and global teamwork.

The role requires extensive experience in lean transformation, strong leadership, and the ability to travel 50%+. The position offers comprehensive benefits and relocation support where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 10 years in continuous improvement, project management, operations, or related areas.
• Minimum of 5 years leading global teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and manage change.
• Ability and willingness to travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Leadership to translate strategy into goals and operating rhythms.
• Design and implement a Lean Operating System across functions.
• Build organizational capability through coaching on Lean tools and mindset.
• Lead transformation priorities to optimize end-to-end processes.
• Develop, execute, and sustain standard work; optimize monthly rhythms.
• Lead problem-solving using Lean tools to resolve challenges.
• Ensure improvements are sustained and lessons are integrated.
• Support Hoshin Kanri to establish breakthroughs.
