GE Vernova is seeking a Materials Lean Leader to develop and sustain a comprehensive materials management strategy aligned with business targets. You will partner with organizational leadership to drive product and process improvements that reduce lead time and inventory while supporting customer delivery.

You will coach cross-functional teams from front-line staff to executives on lean materials systems and manage pull-based planning initiatives to ensure delivery against the roadmap.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing).
• Minimum of 5 additional years in Lean and/or Materials.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the lean roadmap for the materials organization, ensuring alignment and synergy between internal materials planning and operations.
• Collaborate with planners to integrate them into the pull/replenishment systems, fostering seamless supply chain operations.
• Facilitate regular communication between the internal factory and external suppliers to ensure lean principles are applied.
• Own priorities for parts on pull and schedule attainment aligned with business targets.
• Drive continuous improvement plans for materials lean systems including value stream maps (VSMs).
• Coach teams from front line to executives on lean materials systems.
• Plan and deliver projects and initiatives aligned to the roadmap.
