Job summary

Valeris, Inc. is seeking an Operations Solutions Manager to oversee shared services within the program and drive continuous improvements.

You will partner with functional leads, directors, and quality teams to execute an ambitious vision for best-in-class patient and provider experiences. You will lead the Operations Excellence team, create SOPs, monitor program metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to optimize processes, risk management, and client objectives, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–4 years of program management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Budgeting and cost-control experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Capture and document business requirements and workflows.
