Job summary

Valeris, a life sciences commercialization partner, seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex patient access programs, guiding a team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and consult clients on program optimization.

You will manage client objectives, ensure SLA compliance, and translate data into actionable insights, while mentoring staff and coordinating cross-functionally in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry is required.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; Master’s degree preferred.
• Previous personnel/team management experience is required.
• Knowledge of the specialty drug product marketplace, health insurance claims processing, and commercialization of products.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand client objectives and align program goals to them.
• Ensure services comply with contracted service levels.
• Manage client service request queue and client-specific business rules.
• Identify opportunities for program improvements and efficiency.
• Provide data-driven insights to advance the program.
• Support financial forecasting and client invoicing.
• Lead talent hiring, development, and retention.
• Serve as point of contact for program queries and issue resolution.
• Ensure adverse events/product complaints are reported per instructions.
• Oversee client business reviews with operational metrics and data insights.
