Job summary

Valeris is seeking an Operational Solutions Manager to oversee shared services within the program and drive continuous process improvements. You will work with functional leads, directors, and quality to implement best-in-class patient and provider experiences.

The role involves leading a team, developing SOPs, measuring performance, and collaborating with business and leadership teams to meet client objectives. Travel to HQ in Jeffersonville, IN or Morrisville, NC may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of Program Management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to create visibility into key processes and develop improvement plans.
• Support implementation of improvement initiatives and monitor processes, risks, and controls.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop SOPs and improve documentation.
• Manage program operations and drive performance with supervisors.
