Qualifications

• At least one internship/co-op or equivalent of 3 months manufacturing experience.
• Willing to relocate within the United States; no immigration sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-level projects on process optimization and cost savings.
• Apply data-driven analysis, lean methods and root-cause analysis to improve quality and lead times.
• Develop frontline leadership by guiding hourly manufacturing teams on the shop floor.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives like new product introduction and manufacturing readiness.
