Job summary

Eaton’s Applications Engineering Leadership Development Program is a two-year rotational program designed to develop future application engineers within our Electrical Sector. Rotations can be based at multiple Eaton sites across the United States, with relocation assistance and potential 3rd-year opportunities in manufacturing leadership.

Participants gain hands-on power distribution and control product knowledge, exposure to a range of Eaton products, and mentorship from senior leaders as they

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering from an accredited institution.
Graduation date before July 2027.
Minimum GPA 2.8; willing to relocate within the United States.
Minimum of one internship or 3 months relevant experience.
Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or visa processes.

Responsibilities

Participate in a two-year rotational program across Eaton sites with relocation to assigned locations.
Gain exposure to Applications Engineering and Sales Engineering at each assignment location.
Possibly a third-year assignment as Product Supervisor in manufacturing.
Travel up to 25% within local region as determined by program manager.
