Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution; graduation before July 2027.
• Minimum GPA 2.8+ (no rounding).
• At least 1 internship/co-op or 3 months relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Order Management: process switchboard orders and prepare docs using Bid Manager, AutoCAD, Plant Order Manager.
• Design & Engineering: route custom parts using AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools; support design reviews.
• Customer Engagement: interface with customers, sales teams, and support channels through visits and events.
• Product Development: collaborate with Product Line Engineering teams to improve designs and prototypes.
• Technical Documentation: translate specs into designs and schematics; manage interfaces and drawings.
• Training & Support: provide technical training and assist engineers with app development.
• Quality Assurance: work with Quality to resolve tests and develop procedures.
• Safety & Inclusion: follow 5S and promote inclusion and diversity.
• Project Leadership: lead capital projects and support new product launches.
• Innovation & Process Improvement: design tooling, enable Industry 4.0, drive lean initiatives.
