Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (industrial/operations/manufacturing/project).
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM field.
• Experience managing lifecycle of cross-functional projects and automated equipment/ integrated systems.
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex project lifecycles across organizations and geographies.
• Participate in engineering reviews affecting system solutions and facility processes.
• Partner with teams, stakeholders, and vendors to set priorities, milestones, and schedules.
• Lead execution of system designs and automated equipment; perform installation, throughput, and safety qualifications.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders; document discussions and actions for alignment.
• Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership clearly and promptly.
• Articulate system designs and capabilities to internal customers and partners.
• Manage change orders, purchase orders, and invoice approvals efficiently.
• Build relationships across multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost team efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Travel up to 80% domestically with long trips as needed.
