Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or STEM field.
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360).
• 1+ years in roles like Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, or related occupation.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex project lifecycles across organizations and geographies as project owner.
• Participate in engineering reviews impacting system solutions, architecture, and facility processes.
• Set priorities with stakeholders, establish milestones, drive schedules, identify dependencies, and mitigate risks.
• Lead designs of systems and automated equipment per standards; perform installation, throughput, and safety qualifications.
• Facilitate meetings with clear objectives; document discussions and actions for alignment.
• Communicate project status, risk analysis, and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Explain system and equipment designs to internal customers and partners.
• Manage change orders, purchase orders, and invoice approvals.
• Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders across projects.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Travel up to 80% domestically with extended trips up to three weeks.
