Job summary

You will collaborate with internal customers, vendors, and partners to plan, establish milestones, and drive schedules while proactively mitigating risks. This role requires up to 80% travel and may include relocation support.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in industrial/operations engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience managing cross-functional project lifecycles.
• Experience with automated equipment and integrated systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex project lifecycles across orgs and geographies.
• Participate in engineering reviews impacting system solutions.
• Set priorities, milestones, and drive schedules with vendors.
• Lead designs of systems and automated equipment per standards.
• Perform installation, throughput, and safety qualifications.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders; document decisions.
• Communicate project status, risk analysis, and mitigation plans.
• Explain designs to internal customers and partners.
• Manage change and purchase orders, and invoice approvals.
• Build relationships across multiple projects.
• Identify and lead process-improvement initiatives.
• Travel up to 80% domestically; long trips possible.
